By purchasing, you are confirming your agreement to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 Once payment has been received by KITTYHAWK DRONES for an ‘Operator Support Package’ KITTYHAWK DRONES agrees to supply the services described in the applicable package.
1.2 Within the Package timescale of either one or two years, dependant on purchase, there is no set timescale for provision of any items in the KITTYHAWK DRONES Operator Support Packages, within the overall timescale.
1.3 Information provided to a client by KITTYHAWK DRONES is supplied as advice and support only; it is not legally binding and does not absolve the UAS Operator or aircraft commander of their overall responsibility for safety and compliance with the prevailing regulations.
1.4 Packages are non-transferable.
1.5 If an Operator does not renew their PfCO, registration with the CAA, or fails to comply with the regulations and UK law, then the support package is no longer valid.
1.6 The ‘Ask the Experts’ and Operations Planning Assistance service and Night Operations Support is limited to a maximum of 12 requests for assistance per year, per client, before a further subscription is required.
1.6.1 The Operations Planning Assistance is not available to conduct the entire planning process for a UAS Operator; it is designed to provide assistance where needed in order to help the Operator understand what is required and enhance the overall safety of their operation. 1.7 Any discount from a KITTYHAWK DRONES workshop will only be applicable once the workshops are advertised for sale on KITTYHAWK DRONES’ website. The discount applicable will be determined by KITTYHAWK DRONES at time of application. The workshops mentioned in the Support Package description are examples only; KITTYHAWK DRONES reserve the right to amend or withdraw workshops at any time.
1.8 Kittyhawk Drones reserve the right to cancel an Operator Support Package at any time.
These Terms, and any other matters arising out of or in relation to these Terms, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms.
